Hello! My name is Kai😃🩷. I’m a licensed esthetician & owner of Sphynx Wax Factory LLC, located in Tampa, FL🏝️. I specialize in full body waxing, brows, & skincare. I love educating my clients on what products to use & customizing skin care regimens based on their individual needs to help them reach their skincare goals. I also love consistently educating myself on internal & external factors that contribute to health & wellness, which plays a huge part in maintaining healthy skin🥥🍍. It’s fascinating to me that each & every person’s body is a machine, & what you put into your digestive system & what products you put onto your skin, can effect how your body functions & projects itself🦋. I named my business Sphynx Wax Factory to pay homage to Ancient Egypt where waxing was originally invented🍯✨. I admire the ancient hair removal process as they used organic products from the ground that removed all unwanted hair without damaging the skin. I take pride in doing my due diligence making sure that any products used in my suite are organic, never test on animals, & are PH balanced🌿. My goal is to make my clients feel comfortable, beautiful, confident, smooth & ingrown free!🤩 Appointment Only. No Walk-ins. For all first time guests, I recommend NO shaving 2-3 weeks prior to your reservation. Must stop use of any acne or skin thinning medications (this includes Retinol, Retin A, Tretinoin, AHA/BHA, etc.) 2 weeks prior to wax appointment. Must be off Accutane for 1 year before waxing. Ignoring this can lead to skin lifting. Please No Kids, No Pets/Service Animals, or Extra Guests unless guest has an appointment! My policy is agreed upon when booking your appointment. Cancellation Policy

WAX POLICY Effective Immediately, I will require a Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable deposit for all services. Any cancellations for any reason would forfeit and require a new deposit for next appointment. You have up to 48 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule with your deposits. No-Shows / Same Day Cancellations and Same Day Rescheduled Appointments will be charged the remaining balance of their scheduled services WITHOUT EXCEPTION and a new deposit will be required. Please be considerate as this is a small business where every appointment is valued and appreciated. Please keep in mind I do ask for a card on file for any services be scheduled. This card will simply hold your reservation and will not be used; unless one of the following cancellation, late arrival, or no call no show policies has been broken. If for any reason your card becomes unlinked, is invalid or declines, you will be invoiced for the balance and it must be paid before being able to book a new appointment at Sphynx Wax Factory. Failure to pay or any dispute charges from cancellation and no-show charges, will be Banned and no longer be able to be serviced at Sphynx Wax Factory in the future. Late Policy: Any client arriving 10 minutes past the orginal appointment time will result in an automatic NO SHOW. (Which is 100% of the service) Just let me know! All I ask is for communication. These policies are agreed to upon the time of booking.
